Freshman Students
- Graduation from an accredited high school or the equivalent.
- Completion with satisfactory grades of 16 units of high school work (as shown on an official high school transcript) including the following minimum number of college preparatory courses:
- English-4 units
- Social Studies-2 units
- Foreign Language-2 units
- Mathematics-2 units
- Science (1 laboratory)-2 units
- Electives-4 units
- The electives may be chosen from any major subjects accepted for graduation in an accredited high school.
- Acceptable scores on the SAT or ACT.
- Submit an Activities Resume.
- Candidates must submit an essay (250 words or more) on one of the following topics:
- Please tell us about a significant person or event that has had an impact on your life.
- What major do you want to pursue at Immaculata University and why?
- A topic of your choice.
- Candidates must submit at least one letter of recommendation. Letter(s) should be from a teacher, coach, employer, counselor, etc.
- A candidate for admission to the Department of Music must, in addition, arrange for an audition with the chairperson of the department.
Transfer Students
- Graduation from an accredited high school or the equivalent.
- Transcripts that include all previous college coursework. Those with fewer than 24 college credits must have their high school transcripts and test scores (SAT/ACT) sent.
- Candidates must submit at least one letter of recommendation. Letter(s) should be from a teacher, coach, employer, counselor, etc.
- A candidate for admission to the Department of Music must, in addition, arrange for an audition with the chairperson of the department.
Thomas Jefferson University Partnership Programs
- Graduation from an accredited high school or the equivalent.
- Cumulative High School GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Completion with satisfactory grades of 16 units of high school work (as shown on an official high school transcript) including the following minimum number of college preparatory courses:
- English-4 units
- Social Studies-2 units
- Foreign Language-2 units
- Mathematics-2 units
- Science (1 laboratory)-2 units
- Electives-4 units
- The electives may be chosen from any major subjects accepted for graduation in an accredited high school.
- SAT scores of 1650 or higher combining scores from Math, Critical Reading and Writing or have the equivalent on the ACT.
- Submit an essay
- Submit an Activities Resume
- Volunteer/Observation Hours (OT and PT applicants should have 25 hours complete at the time of application.
