Immaculata’s beautiful campus is located along the historic Main Line corridor, only a thirty-minute drive from Philadelphia and all the city has to offer. With the Pocono Mountains to the North-West, New York City to the North-East, Baltimore and Washington D.C. to the South, and the Jersey Shore to the East, there are countless other destinations for you to explore--all within a two-hour drive of campus.

The dynamic "City of Brotherly Love" is home to more than 1.5 million people. There's a lot for you to experience in Philly:

  • See concerts, dance recitals, and touring Broadway musicals at the Academy of Music and Kimmel Center
  • Check out the unlimited number of great places to eat, from South Street to Penn’s Landing to Center City. Fine dining opportunities abound at upscale restaurants across the city. Or you can always grab some cheese fries, a slice of pizza, or a famous Philly Cheesesteak instead.
  • Sporting events and concerts at the Wachovia Complex just south of Center City and easy to get to from I-95.
  • Movies at multiplex cinema locations across the metro region (IMAX, United Artists, and Regal Cinemas, to name a few).

There are hundreds of places for you to explore near the Immaculata campus. Just a short drive away you will find:

  • The King of Prussia Mall, the largest mall on the east coast, which houses all types of stores, restaurants, and an IMAX and Regal Cinemas across the street.
  • Historic Wayne (along the "Main Line"), with shopping, ice cream parlors, coffee shops, and a movie theatre all within a short walking distance of each other!
  • Outlet shopping in Lancaster, Reading, or Philadelphia Premium Outlets.
  • Bowling Alley's, numerous restaurants, Exton Mall, and the Exton Main Street also offer lots to do off campus, but close to IU.
  • Scenic farmland of Lancaster County with its famous Amish cultural heritage.
  • Great skiing, hiking, and camping in the Pocono and Catskill Mountains.
  •  Stone Harbor, Ocean City, and the beaches “down the shore” on the New Jersey coastline.
  • Exciting cities like New York, Washington DC, and Baltimore are just a bus ride, car ride or train ride away!
